Hollow wafer balls with cream production line

Different kinds of cream-filled hollow wafer sweets and bars can be produced on automatic production Neofood IntelleWaferBall lines. After mixing, the wafer dough is poured onto baking plates and baked to wafer sheets with hollow semi-spheres. The cream is applied by a special by a depositing machine filling the cream into the cavities of the hollow wafer sheet.

Next step- the top and the bottom hollow wafer sheets are sandwiched to a hollow wafer block. After cooling it is fed to a punching machine.Then conveyor system transfers them to a chocolate enrober or packaging machine.
